Catering Focus is a registered centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and offers a range of recognised courses.
We offer the advantage of having a course or workshop that is specifically designed and developed for your business. Examples are customer care training or a programme to help you develop your employee’s skills as managers or supervisors.
You may want to consider a business specific Food Safety or Health and Safety Course which relates better to your business needs than a ‘recognised’ course. The choice is yours. We are happy to discuss your needs with you and advise accordingly.
Catering Focus brings training to you when you need it. Wherever possible we use ‘in house’ facilities and arrange training to suit your operational requirements. We can arrange a different training venue if you prefer.
